(11) <br /> <br />Proposal Total: <br />$2,650.00 (Two Thousand, Six Hundred Fifty Dollars) <br /> <br /> <br />Clarifications: <br />a. No permit is included. <br />b. It is assumed these light fixtures were not damaged by previously being dimmed <br />improperly. New lights/drivers are not included in this proposal. <br />c. After inquiring Lithonia rep and researching it has been determined, this fixture <br />(LEDRT8R3A5000UD940) is 0-10 volt dimmable. <br />d. All work is compliant with all applicable codes and standards. <br />e. Hours will be Monday-Friday 7am-3:30 pm. <br />f.
