<br />Kotz Family Farmhouse ~ December 01, 2025 <br /> <br />We are seeking to have this incredible home and it’s rich history and ties protected as a <br />local landmark from any future demolition or development. We have also been heavily <br />involved in the process of restoring the interior of the Kotz Family Farmhouse to it’s original <br />state before it went through numerous renovations, most of which likely occurred in the <br />1950s. <br /> <br />We have also collected numerous artistic original works from Daniel Kotz which now hang <br />rightfully so back in the Kotz Family Farmhouse.
