Stancati, Director of Utilities <br />(219) 284 -9322 <br />SUBJECT: Ordinance for Installation of a Test Well (Mayflower Plaza <br />on Indiana Toll Read) <br />The Bureau of Water is presenting an Ordinance to the Common Council <br />for the in installation of a Test Well on the Mayflower Plaza (Indiana Toll Road). <br />Bids were let pursuant to the Statutes of the State of Indiana and <br />were found competitive. The Contract was awarded to Layne- Northern, Mishawaka., <br />Indiana, by the Board of Water Works Commissioners on the 17th day of July, 1979, <br />as being the lowest and best bid.
