Stancati, Director of Utilities <br />TO: MEMBERS OF THE COMMON COUNCIL <br />SUBJECT: Ordinance for construction of Airport Well #4 <br />(219) 284 -9322 <br />The Bureau of Water is presenting an Ordinance to the Common <br />Council which will approve the construction of Airport Well #4. <br />Bids were let pursuant to the Statutes of the State of Indiana <br />and were found competitive. The Contract was awarded to Peerless- Midwest, <br />Inc., 51255 Bittersweet Road, Granger, Indiana, by the Board of Water Works <br />Commissioners on the 18th day of December, 1978, as being the lowest and <br />best bid.
