NEMETH, Mayor. <br />COUNTY -CITY BUILDING SOUTH BEND, INDIANA 46601 <br />Members of the Council <br />4th floor Council Chambers <br />County -City Building <br />South Bend, IN 46601 <br />Dear Council Members: <br />219/284 -9483 <br />There will be presented at first reading of the December 11, 1978 Council <br />meeting an ordinance appropriating $57,450.00 from Revenue Sharing for <br />Humane Society contractual services concerning animal control in the City of <br />South Bend. <br />On the basis of the recently negotiated contract between the City and the Humane <br />Society, our annual base fee will change from $52,300 in 1978 to $55,000 in 1979. <br />In addition, I have requested $2,450.00 to be paid at the rate of $10 per call <br />for emergency calls after hours.
