Re-key all Morris door locks to unify the facility <br />lock system and to add to security of the facility. <br />$2,350.00 Grand Lobby ceiling, The gold leaf on the ceiling of the <br />Grand Lobby must be resealed, as restoration seal coat was <br />not adequate. This cost will cover the materials and labor <br />for the process. <br />$850.00 Pallet Truck.
