BILL NO. <br />ORDINANCE NO.6t,�b --ji <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $50,000.00 FROM <br />THE FEDERAL ASSISTANCE GRANT FUND, COMMONLY <br />REFERRED TO AS THE GENERAL REVENUE SHARING <br />GRANT FOR MOTOR EQUIPMENT TO BE ADMINISTERED <br />BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND THROUGH THE <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC PARKS. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />Additional funds are needed to administer certain programs <br />and to insure the City's ability to properly perform its functions <br />during the year 1979. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. The sum of $50,000.00 <br />for the year 1979 from the General Revenue <br />appropriation is to be administered by the <br />Parks and will be distributed as set forth <br />PROGRAM FA 180 <br />PARK MOTOR EQUIPMENT <br />ACCOUNT DESCRIPTION <br />722.0 Motor Equipment <br />is hereby appropriated <br />Sharing Fund. This <br />Department of Public <br />below: <br />F-Irw• hM <br />$ 50,000.00 <br />TOTAL FA 180 50,000.00 <br />SECTION II.
