Gameday will be required to indemnify the Hall of Fame and <br />the Redevelopment Authority for any damage arising out of construction. The Authority <br />will be asked later to approve either an ingress/egress easement or an access easement to <br />allow Gameday access to the plaza area. To the extent that it involves giving up the <br />twelve parking spaces, this lays out that idea of swapping and validating spaces in the <br />parking garage. <br />Mr. Alvarez asked if this project is generating excitement for other development in the <br />downtown. Ms. Laurent said that it is. It has proved that there is a market for this type of <br />development. Other developers are considering converting their buildings to <br />condominiums, particularly the Colfax Place building. <br />Ms. Pfotenhauer asked about the price of the Gameday condos. Ms. Laurent responded <br />that the prices are $180,000 to $800,000. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Alvarez, seconded by Ms. Pfotenhauer and unanimously carried, <br />the Authority approved the Expansion Term Sheet for the Gameday Centers project. <br />4.
