We understand the critical nature of this <br />infrastructure and are committed to delivering timely, high-quality service in accordance with the City’s <br />specifications. <br />Thank you for the opportunity to provide you with a proposal for installing nine (9) new City supplied <br />hydrants on Darden & Lexington Avenue in St. Joseph County, Indiana. This proposal is based on plans <br />and specifications supplied by the City of South Bend via email dated 10/17/2025. The cost for each <br />option is listed below: <br />Option #1 – Installation of nine (9) City supplied hydrants with asphalt restoration. <br />Lump Sum Total: $255,500.00 <br />Option #2 – Installation of nine (9) City supplied hydrants with permanent dyed concrete <br /> pavement restoration. <br />Lump Sum Total: $251,000.00 <br />Option #3 – Installation of nine (9) City supplied hydrants with temporary dyed concrete <br /> pavement restoration and permanent asphalt restoration by 5/29/26. <br />Lump Sum Total: $335,500.00 <br />Please review this proposal at your earliest convenience.
