ORDINANCE NO. (,S ?3. <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $603,800.00 FROM THE <br />CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING FUND TO <br />PROJECT CS -513, CLEVELAND ROAD TRUNK SEWER, WITH - <br />IN THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING <br />FUND. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />In order to meet existing and proposed traffic demands, to provide the <br />safe and efficient movement of vehicles, and to provide positive control of <br />sanitary flows, certain improvements have been proposed for the Cleveland <br />Road Trunk Sewer. <br />Funds are now needed to pay the cost of land acquisition, engineering, <br />and the cost of the construction of these improvements. These funds are <br />available from the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I: The following-sum of money is hereby appropriated and <br />ordered set apart out of Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund for the <br />project in the amount set forth below: <br />PROJECT NO.
