J Ranck Electric <br />$442,077.25 <br />I recommend award of a contract to the lowest responsive / responsible bidder, Michiana <br />Contracting in the amount of $339,642.00. <br />Michiana Contracting has also met the responsible bidder ordinance and is now pre -qualified to <br />bid on City contracts through November 12, 2026. <br />Sufficient funds have been appropriated from the Engineering General Fund (101-500-422018) <br />and River West Development TIF (324-431002). <br />Please call with your questions. <br />Enc.
