On the front, the bottom edge of the fascia trim has rotted away. We’ll carefully cut out the affected wood, clean the area, and apply a high-strength wood epoxy to rebuild the damaged section, shaping it to match the existing trim profile. Once cured and smoothed, we’ll paint the repaired area white to blend with the surrounding trim. On the left (north) side of the house, the fascia trim beneath the gutter has a gap and missing section. We’ll install a new 1x6 trim board, properly secured and sealed, then paint it white to match the rest of the home’s trim for a uniform appearance. • Paint color and sheen will be matched as closely as possible, but due to age and sun exposure, there may be slight differences in tone. Additional hidden damage may be uncovered once the rot is removed, which could affect the repair scope or cost.
