#Services Qty Price Discount Tax Total
Description:
The existing flat roof over the back porch approx (20x7) is compromised and allowing water to penetrate.
We’ll begin by carefully removing the existing flat roof membrane, drip edge, and gutter to expose the
underlying roof deck. Once opened, we’ll inspect the deck for damage — given the age of the home and
visible deterioration near the corner, some wood repair will likely be required. The exact amount of repair
needed can’t be determined until the roof is opened. After inspection, we’ll install new Fiber/ISO board
insulation and a fully adhered roofing membrane, wrapping the membrane around all edges and sealing with
new drip edge and cover tape for a watertight finish.
Because the roof ties into the house wall, we’ll also cut the bottom layer of cedar shake siding to allow the
membrane to run up the wall, ensuring proper waterproofing. Depending on how the siding reacts during this
process, additional work may be needed which could affect the price.
• Final price may change depending on the extent of wood damage or how the siding reacts during the
membrane installation. Any necessary decking repair or siding adjustment will be reviewed with the
homeowner before proceeding.
Work Scope:
• Remove existing flat roof membrane, drip edge, and gutter
• Inspect roof decking for water damage and replace as needed
• Install new Fiber/ISO board insulation and glue down new membrane
• Wrap membrane around edges and seal with new drip edge
• Install cover tape at seams and edges for full waterproof seal
• Cut bottom course of cedar siding to extend membrane up the wall for protection
2 Gutters (K5 style 5") Seamless &
Downspouts Installation
20.00 $9.75 $0.00 No Tax $195.00
Description:
This line item covers the professional installation of new 5-inch K-style gutters.
