Approval of the minutes of December 18, 2002 <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Washington, seconded by Mr. Alvarez, and unanimously carried, <br />the Authority approved the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of December 18, 2002. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />5. <br />a. Authority Approval Requested for Resolution No. 150 Rescinding Transfer of <br />Real Property to the South Bend Redevelopment Commission. <br />Mr. Rock said this rescinds the transfer of the Palais from the Authority to the <br />Commission. The attempt was made to use Federal Tax Credits to fill in the <br />funding gap for the restoration of the Palais.
