Authority approval requested for Resolution No. 149 of the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Authority approving the transfer of real property to the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission. <br />Mr. Rock said this would transfer the Palais to the Redevelopment Commission. Mr. <br />Alvarez asked if the easement is mentioned in this document and Mr. Rock said the <br />easement is mentioned in the Warranty Deed. Ms. Pfotenhauer asked why we were <br />approving the resolution again since it had been approved on November 27, 2002. <br />Mr. Rock said it had been approved conceptually, so now the Authority was actually <br />adopting the resolution. Ms. Pfotenhauer said to let the record show that we were <br />also approving the Warranty Deed for this property. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Washington, seconded by Mr. Alvarez, the Authority adopted <br />Resolution No. 149 transferring real property to the Redevelopment Commission. <br />• <br />Claims previously reviewed and recommended for approval by the Director of <br />Economic Development on December 18, 2002. <br />South Bend Redevelopment Authority Lease. Rental Revenue Bonds <br />(Central Development) <br />Wells Fargo <br />Administration Charges and Transaction Charges $2,425.00 <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Pfotenhauer, seconded by Mr. Washington, the Authority <br />unanimously approved the claims submitted December 18, 2002. <br />4.
