DATE FILED August 27, 1979 APPLICATION NUMBER 668 -79 <br />DATE AREA PLAN COMMISSION RECEIVED August 27, 1979 <br />We, the undersigned, make application and petition the South Bend Common Council <br />to amend the Zoning Ordinance as herein requested. <br />1) The property sought to be rezoned is located at: <br />The southeast corner of Auten and Laurel Roads, St. Joseph County. <br />2) Name of Property Owner: <br />Laurel Woods Development Corp., et. al. <br />52318 U. S. #31, North <br />South Bend, Indiana 46637 <br />3) It is desired and requested that this property be rezoned from "A" Resi- <br />dential, "A" Height and Area to "B" Residential,. "A" Height and Area. <br />4) This rezoning is requested so as to allow the following uses: <br />A planned unit development of multi - family apartments, and quads and <br />duplex units. <br />5) Attached is a copy of: <br />a) legal description of the property. <br />b) a list of names and addresses of all property owners within 300 feet <br />of petition property. <br />c) a site plan. <br />d) self - addressed, stamped envelopes of all property owners within 300 <br />feet of the petition property. <br />Petition Prepared by Staff of <br />the Area Plan Commission. <br />Richard .
