(o 0? -2g <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4990 -68, <br />AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING <br />ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br />(Chapter 21, Municipal Code.) <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana: <br />Section 1. Ordinance No. 4990 -68, as amended, which ordinance <br />is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, <br />be and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning classification of <br />the following described real estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph <br />County, State of Indiana: <br />A part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 14, Township 38 <br />North, Range 2 East, Clay Township, St. Joseph County, <br />Indiana, and described as follows: Beginning at the North- <br />west corner of said Quarter Section; thence South 89033'26" <br />East, 1,715.26 feet along the North line of said Quarter <br />Section; thence south 00000'00" West, 964.62 feet; thence <br />North 89033126" West, 1,715.26 feet to the West line of <br />Quarter Section; thence North 00000100" East, 964.62 feet <br />along said West line to the Point of Beginning and con- <br />taining 37.982 acres, more or less.
