Condensation is the <br />result of excess humidity in your home. <br />GLASS SPACEThe glass space in your custom vinyl replacement windows could be slightly less than your existing <br />windows. This is due to the construction of the window and is not a result of mismeasuring. <br />LIFETIME LABOR WARRANTYOnly applies to windows and sliding patio doors that have a manufacturing defect. If <br />damage or defect is a result of an accident in the home, vandalism, or an act of God there will be a labor fee associated <br />with the warranty. <br />SPECIFICS PERTAINING INSULATION PROJECTS: <br />CONDENSATIONA&M is not responsible for conditions beyond its control, including condensation. Condensation is the <br />result of excess humidity in your home. <br />EXTERIOR VENTILATIONA&M is not responsible for pre-existing conditions in your attic space including but not <br />limited to the presence of mold & mildew. As manufactured, fiberglass insulation is resistant to mold growth. However, <br />mold growth can occur on building materials, including insulation when it becomes contaminated with organic <br />material and when water is present. A&M is not responsible for mold or mildew formation in your attic space for any <br />reason. <br />HVACA&M is not responsible for pre-existing damage or deficiencies with your HVAC system. <br />ELECTRIC USAGEA&M will need to use your electricity for the powering of the insulation machine. <br />ATTIC ACCESSIt is the responsibility of the customer to clear a path to allow access to your attic. If your attic access is <br />in a closet, all shelving, clothing and contents must be removed by the homeowner prior to the installation. <br />ATTIC CONTENTSIt is the responsibility of the customer to remove all attic contents prior to the installation of your <br />insulation. If you fail to remove attic contents, A&M will not be responsible for any damage to these items. <br />EXHAUST VENTSA&M is not responsible for venting stove/range exhaust hoods, bathroom exhaust fans and dryer <br />ventilation. These vents must be ventilated to the exterior of the home and are the responsibility of the customer to <br />ensure that they are properly ventilated. <br />VENTILATIONIf any of the requirements of intake and exhaust ventilation are not contracted with A&M, we will not be <br />responsible for condensation, mold and mildew formation, or for any improper functioning of your attic insulation or <br />ventilation. <br />PAINTINGIt will be the responsibility of the homeowner to paint any added soffit vents cut into your existing wood <br />soffit. <br />COMPRESSION / SETTLINGA&M is not responsible for settling your new insulation when installed over any type of <br />existing insulation. <br />SPECIFICS PERTAINING TO REPAIR PROJECTS: <br />COLORINGThe color of all products installed for Repair Work may vary from the original products due to age, fading, <br />discoloration of product, etc. <br />WARRANTYRepair projects do not include a labor warranty, unless otherwise specified on the contract. <br />THERE WILL BE SOME VIBRATION DUE TO THE SHINGLING ROOF, RE-SIDING, OR INSTALLATION OF WINDOWS <br />OR DOORS ON YOUR HOME. A&M AND OUR SUPPLIERS CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE DUE <br />TO THIS NORMAL VIBRATION, SUCH AS NAIL POPS, HAIRLINE CRACKS, LOOSENED FIXTURES, ETC.
