ORDINANCE NO. (o 70 O ° 2 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL OPERATING <br />FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $49,420.00 FOR THE CALENDAR <br />YEAR 1979, FROM THE SEWAGE WORKS OPERATING FUND <br />TO BE ADMINISTERED BY THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA, THROUGH THE BUREAU OF SEWERS. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />Whereas, unforeseen circumstances have made it necessary <br />to appropriate more monies than were originally appropriated <br />in the 1979 Operating Budget. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: <br />SECTION I. That for the calendar year 1979, the Council <br />does hereby approve an additional appropriation in the amount <br />of $49,420.00. Said appropriation will be administered through <br />the Bureau of Sewers as set forth below: <br />130.0 <br />Overtime $ <br />34,226.00 <br />260.0 <br />Service Contractual <br />3,200.00 <br />322.0 <br />Oil <br />1,166.00 <br />426.0 <br />Salt <br />301.00 <br />440.0 <br />Other Materials <br />10,527.00 <br />SECTION II.
