REGULAR MEETING MAY 14 2013 151 WHEREAS, construction of the Project is to be financed by the Building Corporation through the issuance of its first mortgage bonds; and WHEREAS, the City desires to sell the property upon which the Project will be located to the Building Corporation, said property being described as set forth in the Lease (the „Property'); and WHEREAS, the City desires to have said Property appraised by two (2) appraisers professionally engaged in making appraisals as required by Indiana Code 36-1-10-11; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, THAT: Section 1. The Board hereby approves the appointment of Jerry Michaels and Rick Pitts, both of whom are appraisers professionally engaged in making appraisals, as appraisers for purposes of appraising the Property. Section 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption by the Board.
