This project should be scheduled in coordination with the existing building demolition and the future site development. We understand that the City would like to have <br />the Phase 1 Project ready to bid in April or May of 2026. While the design plans remain the critical path, it is also essential to schedule the Environmental Documentation, <br />Utility Coordination and Geotechnical Investigation tasks to ensure they are completed ahead of the bidding process.
