#Services Qty Price Discount Tax Total
Description:
We will start by carefully removing the old flashing around the 18x18 chimney located over the back valley of
the house. New step flashing and counter flashing will be installed around the chimney to ensure a
watertight seal. Just a few feet away from the chimney, there is an older rusted roof vent that has likely
begun to leak. The best course of action is to remove this vent, close off the opening, and replace the
surrounding scuffed and scraped shingles between the vent and chimney.
Once that is completed, we’ll add a new ridge vent system to the slope above the vent location, running
approximately 20–25 linear feet across the ridge. This will provide balanced ventilation for the attic space
and prevent future issues with trapped heat or moisture. The ridge vent will be finished with new ridge cap
shingles for a clean, secure installation.
Note: The replacement shingles will not be an exact match due to weathering and sun fading on the existing
roof, but we will select shingles as close in color and style as possible.
Work Scope:
• Remove existing flashing and install new step and counter flashing around chimney
• Remove rusted roof vent located a few feet from the chimney and close opening
• Replace scuffed and scraped shingles between vent and chimney
• Install new ridge vent along the slope above vent location (approx. 20–25 LF)
• Finish ridge vent with new ridge cap shingles
• Materials to include 3–4 bundles of shingles, coil of metal for flashing, new ridge vent, and ridge cap
Subtotal $2,727.00
Grand Total ($)$2,727.00
Deposit Due $1,636.20
Payment via Check on Aug 25, 2025 (-) $1,636.00
Balance Due $1,091.00
Payment Schedule
Deposit (60.00%)$1,636.20
Accepted payment methods
Credit Card, Check, Cash, ACH Bank Transfer, PayPal
Message
Thank you for supporting your local contractors!
Terms
Terms and Conditions –
Financing: Financing up to $50,000 is available for all residential projects and provides multiple term options for
customers.
