<br />construction experience into the traffic group, hence
<br />assuming a primary role in performing field visits and
<br />establishing constructability of designs. Prior to join-
<br />ing American Structurepoint, Shaluka spent four years
<br />doing inspection work, material testing, and highway
<br />and ADA design for multiple consultants in the state of
<br />Minnesota.
