PROJECT APPROACH MANAGING PROJECT COMMUNICATIONS Clear and consistent communication is critical to the success of the Kennedy Park project. Larson - Danielson will establish dedicated channels to ensure the CMc, Owner, and Design Team remain fully aligned from pre -construction through closeout. IR Proactive Problem Solving We emphasize early issue identification, structured feedback loops, and the use of project management technology to streamline scheduling, cost tracking, and subcontractor coordination. F� Open Channels & Transparency We will use ShareFile and Phoenix to share real-time project information, accessible to all stakeholders. Owner / Design Team Public & Community Engagement Larson -Danielson employs an in-house Marketing Manager who will support the City with public relations efforts, including press releases, media coordination, social media updates, and community meetings to keep the public informed. We will also support all XBE engagement efforts by coordinating the events, assisting with and/or presenting at the events, and supporting follow-up efforts. CMc Regular Collaboration We will hold weekly meetings with all stakeholders to track progress, resolve issues, and plan ahead. After each session, we'll issue a three-week look -ahead schedule to keep the project on track. Relationship Building Weekly progress meetings will bring together South Bend Venues Parks & Arts, the CMc, and the design team to review milestones, address concerns, and make informed decisions, Based on these meetings, we will provide a three-week look -ahead schedule based on weekly progress meetings.
