The South Bend Redevelopment Authority <br />• May 16, 2001 Meeting Minutes <br />Redevelopment Authority Morris Performing Arts Center Project as of December <br />31, 2000 or through the date of substantial completion of the project. <br />b. Authority approval requested for Resolution No. 146 amending Resolution <br />No. 145 entitled "Resolution of the South Bend Redevelopment Authority <br />Authorizing the Issuance of the South Bend Redevelopment Authority Lease <br />Rental Revenue Refunding and Improvement Bonds of 2001 (Century Center <br />Project) and other related matters". <br />Mr. Inks said the amendment to Resolution No. 145 involves the redemption <br />dates. City Securities suggested that we change the dates from February 1, 2010 to <br />February 1, 2011 so that the redemption date is ten years out, as our other ones <br />are, rather than nine. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Pfotenhauer, seconded by Mr. Alvarez, the Authority <br />approved Resolution No. 146 amending Resolution No. 145 entitled "Resolution <br />of the South Bend Redevelopment Authority Authorizing the Issuance of the <br />South Bend Redevelopment Authority Lease Rental Revenue Refunding and <br />Improvement Bonds of 2001 (Century Center Project) and other related matters". <br />• 4. OTHER BUSINESS <br />a. Establish meeting time and day. <br />Ms. Pfotenhauer said, and Mr. Alvarez was in agreement, that Wednesdays at <br />1:30 p.m. was a good meeting time for the Authority. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Pfotenhauer, and seconded by Mr. Alvarez, the Authority <br />adopted the first and third Wednesdays of the month at 1:30 p.m. as their new <br />meeting times. <br />b. Signing of replats <br />Mr. Inks said that occasionally replats need to be signed by a Redevelopment <br />Authority member. Mr. Inks said that he signs the replats for the Redevelopment <br />Commission and, if the Authority members felt comfortable with that <br />arrangement, he would be willing to sign those for the Authority. <br />Ms. Pfotenhauer asked if it is a statutory requirement for an Authority member to <br />sign the replats.
