Inclement Weather Plan - This plan should include, but is not limited to: o Safety measures that will be taken in the event of a tornado warning, tornado watch, thunderstorm, and extreme temperatures. We will cancel the event if forecasts predict or conditions create dangerous or unsafe weather. We have the ability to notify people via a neighborhood -wide email list for the NSTNA, our Facebook page, NextDoor app, and Parkovash Band's Facebook page. We can also post cancellations on local media, signage at the park and signage in the neighborhod. We will have water stations available. We will assign a 2 persons to track weather alerts leading up to and during the event. We will act swiftly to vacate the park and to remove or secure equipment (tables, stage, etc.). Proposed Lost & Found: We will have a volunteer -staffed NSTNA tent. We can make announcements from the stage. We are able to provide post event communications as needed to reconnect items or small children (Facebook, NextDoor, NSTNA email list, Hub kiosk at park).
