Apartment Renovations — Rosemont, IL <br />Omega performed significant selective demolition on (37) apartment units within 6 different apartment buildings. The <br />contract scope of work involved demolition, removal, & disposal of all drywall, plumbing fixtures, cabinetry, flooring, <br />etc. to strip the apartment units down to the framing studs. Work was completed to customer's satisfaction in approx. <br />3 weeks. <br />Restaurant Bar & Grill Demolition — Rosemont IL <br />Performed total demolition of building structure which formerly contained a family restaurant and a separate bar and <br />grill. The building was wrecked and all debris was sorted by debris type for recycling and/or disposal. The basement <br />foundation was partially demolished per project specifications. The site was then backfilled with imported clay and <br />compacted to 80%-85% density for future redevelopment by others. <br />Children's Memorial Hospital - Chicago, IL <br />Located in Chicago's exclusive Lincoln Park neighborhood, the Children's Memorial Hospital project required asbestos <br />and lead abatement followed by complete building demolition and onsite debris recycling. <br />Catholic Retreat Center Abatement & Demolition — Chicago, IL <br />This project included the total demolition & site restoration of a Catholic Retreat complex in a residential area of the <br />congested Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago. The complex included (2) 7-story buildings linked with a chapel. The <br />buildings were carefully wrecked to the ground utilizing both excavators with high reach attachments equipped with <br />grapples as well as manual Laborers on scaffolding using hand-held impact hammers. <br />5-Story Medical Center Building Complete & Selective Demolition — Chicago, IL <br />The project included total demolition of (1) 4-story medical center and selective demolition of the attached/connected <br />5-story medical building to its south. The (2) buildings were carefully separated at the connection point to allow the full <br />demolition of the 4-story building without negative impacts on the 5-story building scheduled to remain for renovations. <br />Former 6rh Grade School Center Demolition — Crete IL <br />The project included the total demolition & site restoration of the Crete Township 6th Grade School Center & Field <br />House. The School Center building was the original home to Crete Township's High School. The field house was a <br />domed structure that served the original high school's athletic teams. <br />National Plaza Building Demolition — Schaumburg IL <br />The project included the total demolition of an 8-story office building and parking lot in Schaumburg, IL. The building <br />was wrecked via excavators with a high reach booms and grapple attachment. The entire parking lot asphalt, curbs, <br />light posts, and landscaping hubs surrounding the building were also demolished. <br />Lakeview Apartments East Chicago, IN <br />Project consisted of complete demolition of a 9-story apartment building. Hard debris was recycled onsite and used for <br />site restoration. I-90/94 Flyover at I-290 Circle Interchange Chicago, IL Demolition on the project was performed in two <br />phases. The first phase consisted of complete removal of a 239' three -span ramp from NB I-90/94 to Congress <br />Parkway. The second phase was the complete removal of a 456' seven -span ramp from NB I-90/94 to WB I-290.
