The site was then backfilled with imported clay and <br />compacted to 80%-85% density for future redevelopment by others. <br />Children's Memorial Hospital - Chicago, IL <br />Located in Chicago's exclusive Lincoln Park neighborhood, the Children's Memorial Hospital project required asbestos <br />and lead abatement followed by complete building demolition and onsite debris recycling. <br />Catholic Retreat Center Abatement & Demolition — Chicago, IL <br />This project included the total demolition & site restoration of a Catholic Retreat complex in a residential area of the <br />congested Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago. The complex included (2) 7-story buildings linked with a chapel.
