<br />(b) ,The Office of the City Clerk shall see that the
<br />"Application Form" for the Youth Advisory Council is able to be downloaded from the Common
<br />Council's internet website, and shall also provide to each Council Member and make available to
<br />the public ,Youth Advisory Council application
<br />forms which shall be completed by youth interested for consideration on the Youth Advisory
<br />Council. The Office of the City Clerk shall see that information on the activities of the Youth
<br />Advisory Council are kept updated on the City's internet website. -Sid Hard~copy application
<br />forms shall be available and kept on file in the Office of the City Clerk during regular business
<br />hours. Additionally, applications forms shall be made available on the City's website_
<br />http//www.southbendin.gov on a 24/7 basis.
<br />(f) ~°~,4aye ^~~~'*~*~^^ «~~*'~ The three (3) At Large Common Council Members,
<br />shall review all applications received from the Office of the City Clerk requesting consideration
<br />for appointment as an At Large Youth Council Member. All youth interested in representing an
<br />At Large position must be a resident of the City of South Bend and must represent the rich

<br />. All
<br />Common Council Members shall have the opportunity to review properly completed applications
<br />and letters of recommendation filed with the Office of the City Clerk during the selection process
<br />of youth. Each youth representative selected would be assigned to work with at least one (11
<br />Common Council Member who would serve as a legislative liaison to compliment the other adult
<br />liaisons addressed in Section 2-12.1.6.
<br />Section II. Severability. If any part, section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase in this
<br />Article is for any reason declared to be unconstitutional or otherwise invalid, such decision shall
<br />not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this Article.
<br />Section III. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the
<br />Common Council and approval by the Mayor and legal publi ation.
