BILL NO'. <br />ORDINANCE NO. G 7 3 7--9a <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $45,000.00 FROM <br />THE ZOO ENDOWMENT FUND, FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF THE EDUCATIONAL SERVICES WILDLIFE BUILDING <br />AT POTOWATOMI PARK ZOO TO BE ADMINISTERED BY <br />THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC PARKS. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />WHEREAS, the Department of Public Parks would like <br />to proceed with the construction of the Educational Services <br />Wildlife Building as outlined in Potowatomi Park Zoo master <br />plan. Funds are now needed for the required construction <br />costs. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council <br />of the City of South Bend, Indiana, as follows: <br />SECTION I. The sum of $45,000.00 is hereby appropriated <br />from the Zoo Endowment Fund for the construction of the Educational <br />Services Wildlife Building. This appropriation is to be <br />administered by the Department of Public Parks as set forth <br />below: <br />ACCOUNT <br />260.0 <br />DESCRIPTION <br />AMOUNT <br />Other Contractual Services $ 45,000.00 <br />TOTAL $ 45,000.00 <br />SECTION II.
