<br />• The South Bend Redevelopment Authority <br />April 26, 2000 Meeting Minutes <br />Redevelopment Commission. <br />b. Authority approval requested for Resolution No. 140 of the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Authority approving the transfer of real property to the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission. <br />Mr. Rock said that Abro Industries is presently on Lincolnway but are expanding <br />their Corporate headquarters and desire to build a 13,000 sq. ft., two story <br />building in the Blackthorn Corporate Park. Abro is an international exporter, that <br />currently has about 80 employees in their corporate offices and want to add <br />another 20. The building will be brick with tinted glass, and there is room for - <br />them to add on in the future. This resolution transfers the land to the <br />Redevelopment Commission and the Commission will then sell it to Abro. <br />Upon a motion by Carolyn Pfotenhauer, seconded by Jose Alvarez, and <br />unanimously carried, the Authority approved Resolution No. 140 of the South <br />Bend Redevelopment Authority approving the transfer of real property to the 'South <br />Bend Redevelopment Commission. <br />• 4.
