~~ <br /> <br />• The South Bend Redevelopment Authority <br />September 20, 1999 Meeting Minutes <br />their letter to certify that securities purchased were in accord with the Trust <br />Agreement. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Pfotenhauer, seconded by Mr. Alvarez, and unanimously <br />carried, the Authority authorized Mrs. Kolata to sign the requests for <br />acknowledgment that came before the Authority today, and those that will come <br />in the future, and report to the Authority concerning them. The Authority also <br />requests Mrs. Kolata send a letter to Norwest Bank, N.A. and ask that their letters <br />in the future state that their investments are in accordance with the Trust <br />Agreement. <br />4. CLAIMS <br />Claims submitted for approval September 20, 1999: <br />College Football Hall of Fame Revenue Bonds of 1994 <br />Moody's Investors Service <br />(Professional Services August 1999 -July 2000) $5,000.00 <br />• Wayne Garage Lease Rental Revenue Bonds <br />Norwest Bank, N.A. <br />(Annual Administration Fee August 1, 1998 -July 31, 1999) $2,586.75 <br />Palais Royale Bonds <br />Norwest Bank, N.A. <br />(Annual Administration Fee July 1, 1998 -June 30, 1999) $1,055.00 <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Alvarez, seconded by Ms. Pfotenhauer, and unanimously carried, <br />the Authority approved the claims submitted September 20, 1999. <br />6. NEXT MEETING DATE: October 4, 1999. <br />7. ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Redevelopment Authority, Ms. <br />Pfotenhauer made a motion that the meeting be adjourned.
