PETITION FOR REZONING <br />TO: Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana <br />Date Filed Application Number <br />Date Area Plan Commission Received <br />The Ford Leasing Development Company, Dearborn, Michigan, <br />makes application and petitions the Common Council of the City of <br />South Bend, Indiana, to amend the Zoning Ordinance as herein requested. <br />(1) The property sought to be rezoned is a 338 by 150 foot parcel lo- <br />cated on Washington Street, between Summit Drive and Lombardy <br />Drive. <br />(2) The names of the property owners are Colpaert Realty Corporation, <br />426 South Lombardy Drive 46619 (288 - 2515), and Joseph Colpaert, <br />426 South Lombardy Drive 46619 (288 - 2515).
