A pay item for temporary asphalt pavement to facilitate temporary <br />access was added to the Bid Form in a previous addendum. No additional payment will be <br />made for providing parking access. <br />1.05 Structure 600 is on a separated storm sewer pipe. The structure should be set during dry <br />weather to prevent the need for bypass pumping. <br />1.06 A maximum of 25% RAP is permitted in the surface HMA mix. No RAS shall be used. <br />Otherwise, the INDOT spec shall be followed. <br />1.07 All City projects are required to comply with Buy America requirements.
