As well as <br />providing you with an approximate 9’3”x 9’8” mudroom/laundry room <br />addition with access to the backyard. <br /> <br />We also propose to remodel your upstairs hall bathroom. <br /> <br />Removals <br /> <br />Exterior <br /> Remove upper railing and roof above kitchen as needed <br /> Remove siding as needed <br /> Remove soffit, gutters, downspouts and roofing as needed <br /> Remove entire little roof overhang at back entry door leading to <br />basement stairs <br /> Remove portions of exterior walls to create a larger bathroom area <br />with shower and larger kitchen space. <br /> Remove back exterior door leading into kitchen as well as back door <br />leading to basement <br /> Remove window and trims in half bath <br /> Remove hallway window and trims by back entry <br /> Remove portion of fencing as needed; preserve for homeowner to <br />reuse if desired <br /> Remove door and trims at upper level <br /> <br />Note: Existing upper level stairwell window to remain as is <br /> <br />
