ATTACHMENT G <br />MEASUREMENT AND VERIFICATION PLAN; <br />METHODOLOGY OF CALCULATING SAVINGS <br />SECTION 1: SAVINGS MEASUREMENT AND VERIFICATION <br />Utility Rates <br />Table G1 summarizes the baseline utility rates. These rates were used in establishing the Baseline and <br />calculations in this Attachment G. Throughout the Term of the Guarantee Period the utility rates in Table G1, <br />escalated at 3.0% per year shall be used in determining Annual Savings. The Customer acknowledges and <br />accepts the utility rates set forth in Table G1 as reasonable. <br />Table G1: Utility Rates <br />*The electric rate is based on the weighted average of the cost of electricity used ($0.0973/kWh) and the value <br />of electricity exported ($.0361 /kWh). Based on historical data, approximately 64% of the energy produced by <br />the PV array will be consumed on -site while 36% will be exported. <br />**The cost of carbon is based on the City's evaluation of the cost of carbon and the August 2024 Energy Star <br />Portfolio Manager Technical Reference, Greenhouse Gas Emissions, value of 133.71kg of CO2 equivalent <br />emissions per million BTU of electricity for the Ohio Valley Region. <br />Existing Utility Information <br />Four electric meters are present on -site. The larger system will be connected to the meter serving account <br />0446885710. From July 2023 July 2024, this account consumed 893,700kWh of electricity. The smaller system <br />will be connected to the meter serving account 04158857104. From July 2023 July 2024, this account consumed <br />125,952kWh of electricity. <br />Energy Savings <br />Actual Annual Savings from Energy Savings for the First Guarantee Year shall be determined as set forth in <br />Table G2 below based on U.S. DoE Federal Energy Management Program M&V Guidelines Version 4.0. In <br />each subsequent Guarantee Year, the actual Annual Savings determined for the First Guarantee Year shall be <br />escalated at a rate of 3.0% per year to determine the actual Annual Savings from these measures for such <br />Guarantee Year. <br />Confidential & Proprietary Information of Ameresco, Inc.
