ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $25,000.00 FROM THE LOCAL <br />ROAD AND STREET FUND TO PROJECT R & S 8001, EDISON <br />ROAD FROM STATE ROAD 23 TO IRONWOOD. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />In order to bring Edison Road from State Road 23 to Ironwood up to <br />the standards necessary to meet existing traffic needs, certain improve - <br />ments have been proposed. <br />Funds are now needed to pay the cost of engineering plans and speci- <br />fications. These funds are available from the Local Road and Street Fund. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I: The following sum of money is hereby appropriated and <br />ordered to be set apart out of the Local Road and Street Fund for the purpose <br />of engineering plans and specifications for the project in the amount set <br />forth below: <br />PROJECT NO.
