s <br />To #lit (foutum (10attcil of #tit TUH of OMA4 Jotn): <br />Your Committee of the Whole <br />to whom was referred <br />A BILL AMENDING CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE 1, SECTION 2 -11 <br />OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br />INDIANA, COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS COMMITTEE OF THE <br />WHOLE COUNCIL: COMPOSITION, PROCEDURE, POWERS AND <br />DUTIES. <br />Respectfully report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion THIS BILL SHOULD BE RECOMMENDED <br />TO THE COUNCIL FAVORABLE., as amended: <br />Section I (d) the sign will bear the words "Handicapped parking only <br />disabled license or permit required all others will be towed away at <br />owners expense. <br />(b) The fine will be Twenty dollars and towed at owners expense <br />if found to be in violation longer than one(1) hour. Continuing <br />violations under this section shall constitute a separate offense <br />and be punishable by a separate penalty for each infraction. <br />WALTER M.
