(c) Citations issued under this article shall contain the date, time, name and address of the <br /> violator, the Code section violated, the nature of the violation, location of the violation, the <br /> name of the officer issuing the citation and instructions as to the disposition of the <br /> citation(s). <br /> (d) Each citation issued under this article shall impose a fifty dollar($50.00) fine payable <br /> through the Department as addressed in Section 2-213 of this Code. <br /> (e) Additionally, whenever any work is being done contrary to the provisions of this article, the <br /> Building Commissioner, or his designee, may order the work stopped by notice in writing <br /> served on any persons engaged in the doing or causing such work to be done, and any such <br /> persons shall forthwith stop such work until authorized by the Building Commissioner, or <br /> his designee to proceed with the work. <br /> (f) Any person who subsequently violates any provisions of this article in the same year for <br /> which registration was required, shall be subject, upon conviction, to a fine of not less than <br /> two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00)and not more than two thousand five hundred dollars <br /> ($2,500.00), and possible suspension or revocation of any registrations issued hereunder. <br /> (g) Each subsequent day of violation shall be considered a separate offense for which a citation <br /> may be issued. <br /> (Ord. No. 8228-91, § 1) <br /> SECTION II. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, or phrase of this Ordinance <br /> is, for any reason, declared to be unconstitutional or invalid, such decision shall not affect the <br /> validity of the Ordinance as a whole, or any part thereof, other than the part so declared. <br /> SECTION III.
