ORDINANCE NO. ( i q 6 -bV <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $124,000.00 FROM THE <br />LOCAL ROAD AND STREET FUND, TO PROJECT R & S 7801, <br />SIGNALIZATION OF TEN (10) INTERSECTIONS, WITHIN <br />THE LOCAL ROAD AND STREET SPECIAL DISTRIBUTION <br />FUND. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />In that certain unsafe conditions exist at ten (10) intersec- <br />tions within the City of South Bends and <br />In that certain improvements have been proposed to correct these <br />unsafe conditions; and <br />In that additional funds are now needed to pay the cost of <br />construction of these improvements.
