411 of July Safety Plan <br />July 4, 2025 <br />Introduction <br />This plan relates to the 4th of July event on Friday, July 41h at Howard Park. <br />Setup and tear down on -site daily during the event. <br />This plan is applicable to all event participants and spectators, event staff, contractors & <br />volunteers at this event. <br />Event Timeline (Friday) <br />5:00 pm — Sound Company Set Up <br />5:30pm — Band Set-up <br />6:00 pm— Venue Open to Public <br />6:05 pm — Band Starts. Band: Size Matters. <br />8:OOpm — Bands Ends <br />8:05pm- Movie in Park Begins <br />9:30 pm —Movie Ends <br />9:35pm - Fireworks <br />9:50pm - Event Ends / Clean-up and Tear -down Begins <br />• 10:30 pm - Clean-up and Tear -down Complete <br />General Information <br />- General admission is free <br />- The benches and additional seating will be available <br />- Lawn Chairs encouraged <br />Emergency Procedure <br />All event staff, volunteers and contractors are to be advised of the emergency <br />procedure and provided with a copy of this plan. <br />Staff, volunteers, and contractors are to report any emergencies immediately to event <br />coordinator — located at the venue — refer to attached site plan. <br />Event Coordinator and Staff designated and will coordinate <br />emergency procedures should they occur. <br />Volunteers and contractors are not to attempt to put out fires unless they are certain <br />that they can do so without jeopardizing their own safety. A hand-held fire <br />extinguishers will be located at stage and by portable electrical devices. <br />If volunteers and contractors at any time feel they are in danger, they are to report <br />Immediately back to the event coordinator. <br />In the event of a member of public sustaining severe injury, volunteers, and contractors <br />• are to: <br />
