Topographic Survey <br />1. The design will utilize the topographic survey that Abonmarche performed in 2023 and <br />will be supplemented with additional survey to include the asbuilt conditions of the <br />intersection of Hill Street and Madison Street and approximately 100 feet in each <br />direction. <br />2. At a minimum, the topographic survey will include the location and elevation of all <br />topographic features, including underground and overhead utilities, fences, buildings, <br />paved and gravel surfaces, driveways, toe of slope, top of bank, headwalls, sanitary and <br />storm sewer pipes and culverts including pipe sizes, inverts and direction of pipes, shrubs, <br />signs, poles, manholes, valves and meters, and all individual trees. <br />3. Existing underground utilities will be located as marked by Indiana Underground Plant <br />Protection Service and a private utility locator <br />4. Control points and references will be set in sufficient detail to construct all improvements. <br />5. A minimum of 2 benchmarks will be set and referenced <br /> <br /> <br />B. Subdivision Plat <br />1. Perform 20 year title search on subject parcel <br />2. Prepare Rule 12 Boundary Survey <br />3. Prepare (2) lot subdivision to create a new parcel for where the existing multi-use path is <br />located <br />4. Record boundary survey and subdivision plat. <br /> <br /> <br />C. Permitting <br />1. No permitting is anticipated for this project. <br /> <br /> <br />D. Utility Coordination: <br />1. Existing underground utilities have been marked by Indiana Underground Plant <br />Protection Service (IUPPS) and located in the previous topographic survey. An <br />additional utility locate ticket will be issued to supplement with any new utilities that may
