to the regulation of electrical work and apparatus and agreeing to pay all damages,costs and <br /> expenses caused by the negligence of the licenseregistration through failure to comply with <br /> such provisions. <br /> (f) Issuance of certificate: <br /> (1) The mod-Examiner shall examine the application,the accompanying documentation <br /> and other information provided,examination results,and shall recommend to the <br /> Building Department the granting or denying of the lieenseregistration=applied for. <br /> Appeal from the denial,suspension or revocation of any l+eenseregistration=by the <br /> Bearti-Examiner shall be made according to the procedures in Section 4-16 of the <br /> Municipal Code. <br /> (2) The Controller Examiner shall issue a licenscregistration=to any approved applicant <br /> d b the Board,who has complied with all requirements of the application, <br /> including but not limited to the filing of a bond and payment of the prescribed <br /> licenseregistration_fee. <br /> (3) Each licenseregistration-shall specify the name of the person to whom the <br /> tieeeseregistration-is issued,the company name under which the license <br /> Fegistri tionedregistration does business,the business address,and the expiration date <br /> of the lieenseregistration.The lieenseregistration shall be posted in a conspicuous place <br /> in the licensee's registered person's principal place of business. <br /> (g) 1Vontransferability.Any tieenseregistration-issued under this article is nontransferable to <br /> another person,and it shall be unlawful to loan or transfer such 1-ieenseregistration-to the <br /> use of any person other than the person in whose name the lieenseregistration_is issued <br /> provided;however,that work may be performed under a Class B licenseregistration-_at a <br /> different industrial premises from that described in the application and certificate,upon <br /> written petition for such change by the lieenseeregistered person,describing the reason • <br /> therefor,and approval by the Building Commissioner. <br /> (h) Term of licenseregistration;renewal: <br /> (I) Term:The term of each licenseregistration-under this article is from the effective date <br /> of the surety bond and for twelve(12)months thereafter. <br /> (2) Renewal: <br /> a. A person is eligible for a renewal ticenseregistration-if he/she holds a valid and <br /> unrevoked licenseregistration-under this article and renews the l-ieenseregistration <br /> on or before its expiration date. <br /> b. A person is also eligible for a renewal licenseregistration_if he/she has held a <br /> valid and unrevoked lieenseregistration,which has expired within the previous six <br /> (6)months.Under these circumstances,a renewal lieenseregistration_will be <br /> granted,but the fee will be increased to the fee required for a new <br /> tieerrsereg i strati o n. <br /> c.
