ORDINANCE s. <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $30,000.00 FROM THE <br />LOCAL ROAD AND STREET FUND, TO R & S 7903, <br />IRELAND ROAD, FELLOWS TO U. S. 31, WITHIN THE <br />LOCAL ROAD AND STREET FUND. <br />STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br />In order to bring Ireland Road from Fellows to U. S. 31 up to the <br />standards necessary to meet existing traffic needs, certain improvements <br />have been proposed. <br />Additional funds are now needed to pay the cost of construction of <br />these improvements. These funds are available from the Local Road and <br />Street Fund. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: <br />SECTION I: The following sums of money are hereby appropriated and <br />ordered set apart out of the Local Road and Street Fund for the project in <br />the amounts set forth below: <br />PROJECT NO.
