Authority approval requested for Resolution No. 127 approving the Transfer of <br />Real Property to the South Bend Redevelopment Commission. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated Resolution No.127 transfers the two-acre parcel, which Holy <br />Cross has the option to purchase, to the Redevelopment Commission. The <br />Commission will hold title to this property until Holy Cross is ready to exercise <br />.its option. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Kahn, seconded by Mr. Alvarez, and unanimously carried, <br />the Redevelopment Authority approved Resolution No.127. <br />5.
