PART 11 <br />1. TX Concrete has had the pleasure of completing many projects this year <br />successfully. TX Concrete was contracted to pour an approximately 22,000 SQF <br />Popeye's concrete parking lot in Chesterton, IN in ONE day. We have had the ability <br />to work diligently for many private firms such as Lasalle Grill, American Seniors <br />Association, Edward Rose & Sons, Oasis, IMF, Niblock, and Mid -States construction <br />and public as well. We have completed projects such as flat work, concrete walls, <br />footers, sidewalks, aprons, curbs, ADA ramps, pit bases, and anything concrete <br />related. <br />2. TX Concrete was currently awarded the ADA Funded Bid from the City of Elkhart <br />which consists of sidewalks, ramps, and more. <br />3. TX Concrete has never failed to complete any work awarded to the organization. <br />4. Please see attached references. <br />SECTION II <br />1. Upon receiving the notice to proceed we are fully prepared to begin work <br />immediately. This project will be our number one priority, and we understand that <br />the organization will focus solely on this project and will be no longer accepting <br />further projects from private firms. We have a dedicated team of skilled workers <br />including self-employed contractors who have collaborated with us on various <br />public works projects over the years. Their extensive experience and commitment to <br />quality have contributed significantly to our past successes. We have ensured to <br />have the necessary manpower to meet project deadlines while maintaining the <br />highest standards of quality and efficiency. We are confident in our ability to <br />complete the project ahead of schedule and look forward to the opportunity to <br />contribute positively to our South Bend community. <br />
