SLUSSERS SPECIAL CONDITIONS Concerning the Attached Quotation Quote Number: 2025sb STANDARD NOTATIONS: I. Special note concerning seeding: Slusser's will install seed year-round. However, we will not guarantee seeding performed May 15th through August 15th, and October 1 through March 1. Seeding during this period is very risky due to extreme climatic conditions (heat/drought/cold/etc.) This note does not apply to prairie or wetland seeding unless specified otherwise. 2. This quote is valid for a period of 60 days. 3. Lawn maintenance to include mowing or spraying is not included in this quotation. 4. Topsoil, topsoil placement and any necessary amendments are not included in this quotation. 5. Quantities on this quotation are approximate. Areas will be measured and invoiced per unit prices. 6. Performance & Payment bonds are available but not included in this quotation. 7. Inorganic and Organic soil amendments are not included in this quotation. 8. Clearing, grubbing, removal of rocks, debris and existing vegetation is not included in this quotation. 9. Seeding cr sodding off righi-o-way or outside of the construction limits is not included in this quotation. 10. Supplying or installing topsoil, planting soil, amended topsoil, or subsoil is not included in this quotation. 11. Straw Net Blanket w/ 30 day watering partial price includes Indot approved straw net blanket, 100% Kentucky Bluegrass mix, fertilizer, and 30 day watering. Topsoil, topsoil placement, mowing, or grading not included. 12, Tree price includes supplying and installing 2" - 2.5" Caliper size tree, staking, hardwood bark mulch, follow up watering, and 2 year warranty. 13. Tree price does not include topsoil or planting soil. 14. Warranty or maintenance bond for seeding or tree planting is not included in this quotation. 15. Removal of existing landscaping or vegetation is not included in this quotation. 16, Coconut blanket, turf reinforcement mat, net free blanket, or excelsior blanket not included in this quotation. 17. Indiana State Sales Tax has not been Included in pricing. 18. Traffic control is the responsibility of the contractorlowner.
