Services related to developing soil quantities, post-demolition topographic and as-built survey, and <br />record drawings. <br /> <br />U. Construction Administration services beyond those specifically stated in Scope of Services. <br /> <br />V. On-site Owner’s Representative/Construction Observation services. <br /> <br />W. Additional Services in connection with the Project, including services which are to be furnished by <br />CLIENT in accordance with the Information and Services to Be Furnished by CLIENT. <br /> <br />X. Services associated with removal of the Environmental Restrictive Covenant from the former <br />Drewry’s Brewery parcel. <br /> <br />Y. Investigations, studies, material sampling, or material testing to determine the extent and/or <br />requirements of a Soil Management Plan. <br /> <br />Z. Remedial investigations needed to determine the nature and extent of soil, groundwater, and <br />vapor contamination at the Project Site. <br /> <br />AA. On-site observations, material sampling, or material testing to determine compliance with the <br />approved Soil Management Plan above the as-needed allowance fee identified in the fee table <br />below. <br /> <br />SCHEDULE <br />DLZ is prepared to start immediately upon receipt of an executed agreement. The following Project Schedule <br />is dependent on a 7 (seven) day review and input time from the CLIENT for each submittal and expedient <br />reviews from regulatory agencies when required. <br />Task Description Schedule (Days after NTP) <br />1 Project Administration and Coordination Duration of Project <br />2 Subsurface Utility Investigation 60 Days <br />3 Topographic Survey Services 60 Days <br />4 Construction/Land Disturbance Storm Water Permitting 210 Days <br />5 Decommissioning Planning and Investigative Services 90 Days <br />6 Demolition Bid Document Development <br /> Preliminary Submittal 180 Days <br /> Final Submittal 240 Days <br />7 Opinion of Probable Construction Costs <br /> Preliminary Submittal 180 Days
