Provide input regarding the future use or redevelopment of the Project Site relative to the need <br />for DLZ to determine the extent to remove walls, foundations, backfill requirements, etc. <br />L. Provide timely reviews of DLZ prepared documents. <br />M. Facilitate all coordination with adjacent property owners. <br />N. Provide to DLZ the CLIENT’s budget for the Cost of Work and identify the portion related to the <br />demolition contractor services. <br />O. Video inspection of existing storm and sanitary sewers. <br />P. Be the primary contact with the general contractor for construction administration. <br />Q. Provide on-site Owner Project Representative Services. <br />ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br />If authorized in writing by the CLIENT, DLZ shall furnish or obtain additional services as designated for use by <br />the CLIENT. These services are not included as part of the basic services. Approved additional services will <br />be billed at an hourly rate according to our Standard Fee Structure (Exhibit C), attached herewith. These <br />additional services include, but are not limited to, the following: <br />A. Services to make measured drawings of or to investigate existing conditions or facilities other than <br />those specifically identified under the Basic Services by DLZ, or to verify the accuracy of drawings <br />or other information furnished by the Contractor. <br /> <br />B. Assisting the CLIENT with building variance and zoning petitions. <br /> <br />C. Services associated with permitting and historic preservation meetings/reviews. <br /> <br />D. Structural analysis or design for any of the facilities, smokestack, etc. scheduled to remain or be <br />demolished. <br /> <br />E. Inspection, analysis and design for utility relocation requirements. <br /> <br />F. Design of any new storm water management system and/or storm sewer structures/piping. <br /> <br />G. Asbestos inspection in accordance with the Federal, State, and Local requirements. <br />
