Attach information regarding projects your organization has completed for the period of one (1) <br />year prior to the date of the current bid <br />a. Please see attached 2024 and 2025 project list for Byrne & Jones Sports Division <br />2. Attach a listing of public works projects currently in process of construction by your <br />organization <br />a. Please see attached list of current public works projects under construction. <br />3. Attach information regarding any failure to complete any work awarded to you and the location <br />thereof. <br />a. NA, Byrne & Jones has completed or is in the process of completing all work that has <br />been awarded. <br />4. Attach references from private firms for which you have completed work. <br />a. Please see attached reference list. <br />SECTION II PLAN AND EQUIPMENT QUESTIONNAIRE <br />1. Attach an explanation of your plan or layout for performing proposed work. (Example could <br />include a narrative of when you could begin work, complete the project, number of workers, <br />etc. and any other information which you believe would enable the City of South Bend to <br />consider your bid.) <br />a. Byrne & Jones plans to use our internal workforce as well as partnering with key <br />subcontractors to complete the VPA Leeper Court Reconstruction project. After <br />mobilization of all necessary labor, equipment, and materials, we will start <br />construction by completing the soil erosion and sediment control plan provided in the <br />project documents. Temporary construction fencing, silt fencing, tree trunk protection <br />and fencing, inlet protection, construction entrance, and the concrete washout area <br />will be constructed to prepare for demolition of the existing courts.
